THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") effective as of this Twenty-third (23rd) day of January 2014 (the “Effective Date”), entered into between Pharma Investing News, Inc. a Nevada Corporation, with its principal offices located at 9107 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 450, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (the “Company” or “PINV”) and Dr. Khadija Benlhassan of Paris, France and/or her assigns (the “Executive”) (together, the Company and the Executive may be referred to herein as the "parties", or each individually as a "party").
