This executive employment agreement (“Agreement”), effective January 25, 2018 (the "Effective Date"), is between HomeStreet, Inc., HomeStreet Bank (“Bank”) and their affiliate or subsidiary organizations and their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) and Mark Mason (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”). HomeStreet Bank (“Bank”) and its affiliate or subsidiary organizations and its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) and William Endresen (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
