This Agreement is effective this 28th day of May 2015 (herein the “Effective Date”), by and between Entranet Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, USA (herein the “Entranet”), and Shorts Industries Limited a corporation organized and existing under the laws of The United Kingdom (herein the “Distributor”).
