This Agreement is effective this 15th day of September 2015 (herein the “Effective Date”), by and between Entranet Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, USA (hereafter “Entranet”), and Innovation Industries Inc. (III)/Monitor Elevator Products (MEP) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of New Mexico (hereafter “Distributor”). Entranet and Distributor may also be referred to herein as the “Party” or “Parties”.
