This Loan and Security Agreement dated as of November 30, 2021 is by and between Borrower (as defined in the Supplement (as defined below)), Agent (as defined in the Supplement (as defined below)) and Lender (as defined in the Supplement (as defined below)) (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”) pursuant to which Lender agrees to make available to Borrower a loan facility governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this Loan Agreement and one or more Supplements executed by Borrower and Lender which incorporate this Loan Agreement by reference.
