This REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 19, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Intrepid Global Advisors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Ray Bori (the “Stockholder”). The parties are sometimes referred to herein individually by name or as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
