THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of August 30, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) between Mary McDermott (the “Executive”) and Lumos Networks Operating Company, a Delaware corporation, Lumos Networks Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), and Lumos Payroll Corp., a Virginia corporation (collectively with Lumos Networks Operating Company and Holdings, the “Company”), recites and provides as follows:
