This MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of September 23, 2011, is by and among Sagebrush Gold, Ltd., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Continental Resources Group, Inc. (f/k/a American Energy Fields, Inc.) (“CRG”), and each of the Persons (as defined below) set forth on the Schedule of Claimants attached hereto (each a “Claimant” and collectively the “Claimants”).
