This Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 13th day of May 2024, by and between Prospect Floating Rate and Alternative Income Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) and Prospect Capital Management L.P. (the “Adviser”).
