THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made as of this 17th day of June, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between FR Brunswick I, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, and FR Brunswick II, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, (collectively referred to herein as “Seller”), and WHLR-Parkway Plaza, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”).
