THIS SUBLEASE (this “Sublease”) is dated for reference purposes as of February 11, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), and is made by and between ROBLOX CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Sublessor”), and GUIDEWIRE SOFTWARE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Sublessee”).
