SECOND AMENDMENT TO THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED GUARANTEE AGREEMENT, dated as of June 25, 2020 (the “Amendment”), among Michael Kors (USA), Inc.
