This Joint Venture Agreement (“Agreement”), made on December 13, 2021, by and between AMERI METRO, Inc., of 2575 EASTERN BLVD STE 101, YORK, PA, 17402 and Natural Resources, LLC, of 2575 EASTERN BLVD STE 105, YORK, PA, Pennsylvania 17402. The parties are hereinafter sometimes referred to together as the “Joint Venturers” or the “Parties” and individually as a “Joint Venturer” or “Party.”
