This LICENSE AND COLLABORATION Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective October 16, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between MRI Interventions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MRI”), and Clinical Laserthermia Systems AB, a Swedish corporation (“CLS”).
