This AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of the ___ day of _______ 2013, between Prestige Cruises International, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama (“Parent”), Oceania Cruises, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama (“Employer”), and Frank J.
