Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of February 27, 2018 by and between FIESTA RESTAURANT GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Employer”) and Danny K. Meisenheimer (the “Executive”) will be effective as of December 31, 2018, concurrent with the expiration of that certain agreement between Employer and the Executive dated as of November 4, 2016 (the “2016 Meisenheimer Agreement”).
