THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on the 11th day of March, 2015, by and between Tumi, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”) and Steven M. Hurwitz (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates the Employment Agreement by and between the Company and the Executive dated May 15, 2006 (the “Prior Agreement”) in its entirety.
