Amendment No. 4, dated as of May 23, 2022 (this “Amendment”), to Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of September 11, 2018 (as previously amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto dated as of September 24, 2018, Amendment No. 2 thereto dated as of October 27, 2020 and Amendment No. 3 thereto dated as of July 26, 2021, the “Agreement”), by and between HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc.
