This ADDENDUM TO MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Addendum to Master Lease Agreement”) is by and between [Lehigh Gas Wholesale Services, Inc.], a [Delaware corporation] (“Landlord”), and [Entity Name], a [] (“Tenant”), and is made effective as of [___], 20[_] (the “Effective Date”). This Fuel Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among CST Marketing and Supply LLC, with a business address of One Valero Way, Building D, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78427 (the “Seller”), CST Services LLC (“CST Services”) and those certain subsidiaries of CST Services signatories hereto (such subsidiaries are referred to collectively as the “Purchasers” and individually as a “Purchaser”). The above-named entities are sometimes referred to in this Agreement each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
