IRA River Park West 1, LLC v. Internacional Realty, Inc., et al: An investor in a multifamily property managed by IRM alleges breach of contract, conversion, fraud and negligent misrepresentation in connection with the disposition of the property. IRM, one of several affiliated defendants in the action, acted only as the property manager for this property and holds no ownership in the asset.
