Reference is made to that certain proposed Loan Agreement (the “Loan Agreement”), by and between HPA Borrower 2016-2 LLC (“Borrower”) and Citibank, N.A. SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC (“SingleSource”) has been retained by Home Partners of America, Inc. (“Client”), which is the indirect, sole owner of the membership interests in Borrower.
