guarantor has no obligation to perform the obligations of the defaulting guarantor. If additional affiliated parties become guarantors, their liability is required to be similarly limited by percentage interests determined pursuant to an agreement among the lender and the guarantors, provided that the percentage interests are required to add up to 100%.
