Reference is made to that certain proposed Loan Agreement (the “Loan Agreement”), by and between FORT KL SFR 2021-1 BORROWER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”) and MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, a New York limited liability company. SingleSource Diligence Solutions, LLC (“SingleSource”) has been retained by Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC (“Client”).
