Pietrandrea (“Employee”) and amends the Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement, dated as of March 7, 2013, by and between the Company and Employee which was amended by the Amendment to Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement dated January 1, 2014 and by the Second Amendment to Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement dated January 1, 2015.
