This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of the 30th day of January, 2104 (the “Effective Date”), by and between HII TECHNOLOGIES INC., a Delaware corporation (hereafter referred to as the "Company"), and MATTHEW C. FLEMMING (hereafter referred to as “Executive”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
