This Technology License Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 22, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Ekso Bionics, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., located at [1414 Harbour Way South, Suite 1201 Richmond, California 94804 U.S.A] (“Licensor”) and Exoskeleton Intelligent Robotics Co. Limited , a limited liability company organized and existing under the Laws of the PRC, located at [Keqiao District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, PRC] (“Licensee”).
