This Regulation S Stock Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”), is dated as of November 21, 2012 between Realgold International, Inc, a Nevada corporation having offices at 69-2, Jalan Taman Melaka Raya 25, Taman Melaka Raya, 75000 Melaka, Malaysia (“Company”), and the individual purchasers whose names are set forth in the Schedule A hereunder ( each a “Purchaser” and collectively “Purchasers”).
