This Regulation S Stock Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”), is dated as of July 22, 2013 between Asia Travel Corporation, formerly known as “Realgold International, Inc.”, a Nevada corporation having offices at Unit 1202, Level 12, One Peking, 1 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“Company”), and the individual purchasers whose names are set forth in the Schedule A hereunder ( each a “Purchaser” and collectively “Purchasers”).
