This INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of [ ], 2022 (this “Agreement”), by and among INTELLIMEDIA NETWORKS, INC., a Nevada corporation, (collectively “Seller”) and FRONTERA GROUP, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Purchaser”).
