This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) confirms the terms and conditions of your ongoing employment with Progyny, Inc. (“Progyny” or the “Company”) and replaces your previous employment letter dated September 15, 2020 (the “Prior Agreement”). This Agreement will be effective as of June 7, 2022 (the “Effective Date).
