PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of September 21, 2016 (this “Agreement”), by and among TransUnion Healthcare, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Purchaser”), RTech Healthcare Revenue Technologies, Inc., a New York corporation (the “Company”), the Persons identified on attached Exhibit A (collectively, the “Sellers”), and Todd H.
