THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of December 8, 2015, is made by and between First Community Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Company”), First Community Bank, N.A., (the “Bank”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the Company and the Bank collectively referred to herein as the “Employer”), and David K. Proctor, an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
