THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 16, 2016, is made by and between Horry County State Bank, a South Carolina state-chartered commercial bank (the “Bank” and the “Employer”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of HCSB Financial Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Company”), and W. Jack McElveen, Jr., an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
