THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) effective as of July 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between First Community Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Company”), First Community Bank (the “Bank”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the Company and the Bank collectively referred to herein as the “Employer”), and J. Ted Nissen, an individual resident of South Carolina (the “Executive”).
