This Executive Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into this 27th day of February, 2018, by and between ALAN P. MORET (the "Executive") and DELEK US ENERGY, INC. (the "Company"), who, in return for the mutual promises set forth herein, agree as follows:

This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to the First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), dated as of November 7, 2012 (the “Partnership Agreement”), is hereby adopted effective as of January 27, 2018, by Delek Logistics GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), as general partner of the Partnership.
