Handwerker, (the "Lender"), at 2286 Eagles Nest Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026, (or at such other place as the Lender may designate in writing) the sum of $50,000.00 with interest from August 2, 2012 on the unpaid principal at the rate of 10% per annum.
