THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on December 26, 2016, effective January 1, 2017 by and between Lightwave Logic Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”) and EOvation Advisors, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Consultant”). The Company and the Consultant shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and generically as a “Party.”
