Vittoria, an individual with his principal place of business located at 2017 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426 (the “Secured Party”).

Vittoria, an individual with his principal place of business located at 2017 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426 (the “Noteholder”).
