THIS SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 18th, 2020 is made and entered into by and between Irma Velazquez Diaz (“Employee”) and Energy and Water Development Corp. f/k/a Eurosport Active World Corp. (the “Company”). Employee and Company are each referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
