This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 3, 2017, is by and among TimeFireVR Inc., a Nevada corporation with offices located at 7600 E. Redfield Rd., #100, Building A, Scottsdale Arizona 85260 (the “Company”), and each of the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
