This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the January 11, 2021, by and between Red Cat Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Parent”), Fat Shark Holdings, LTD., a Cayman Islands Exempted Company (“Company”) and Allan Evans, an individual (“Executive”).
