This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 1, 2024, by and between Red Cat Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company”), and Geoffrey Hitchcock, an individual (“Executive”). As used herein, the “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall mean October 1, 2024.
