Deltoid Holdings Limited (the "Lender") wishes to present the following letter loan agreement (the "Letter Loan Agreement") for your acceptance regarding the financing of 3D Pioneer Systems Inc. ("3D"). The loan outlined herein will be available subject to the execution of this Letter Loan Agreement and satisfaction of the terms and conditions set out herein.
