THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 13, 2015, is between CORPORATE PROPERTY ASSOCIATES 18 — GLOBAL INCORPORATED, a Maryland corporation (“CPA: 18”), CPA:18 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership, of which CPA: 18 is a general partner (the “Operating Partnership”), and W. P. CAREY & Co. B.V., a Netherlands company (the “Manager”).
