This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of May 4, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and among STAG INDUSTRIAL, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Company”), STAG INDUSTRIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P. (“Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership, and BENJAMIN S. BUTCHER (“Executive”) to reaffirm and amend the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment.
