This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 28, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), is made between InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Nevada having a business address of One Kendall Square, Building 1400 East, Floor 4, Cambridge, MA 02139, and Christopher McNulty (the “Executive”), an individual having an address at 563 North Street, Weston, MA 02493.
