This is a MASTER REPURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of November 17, 2017 among PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC, a limited liability company (including its successors in interest and permitted assigns, the “Seller”) and PRIVATE NATIONAL MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE COMPANY, LLC, a limited liability company (including its successors in interest and permitted assigns, the “Guarantor”) and BNP PARIBAS (including its successors in interest and permitted assigns and, with respect to Section 7, its participants, the “Buyer”).
