This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of November 2, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among STORE Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Guarantor”), STORE Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Guarantor (the “Company”), and Christopher K.
