This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), entered into as of July 1, 2017, is made by and between Ranger Energy Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and J. Matthew Hooker (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes hereafter referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”
