This Retention Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 27th Day of June, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (the “Employer”) and Bradford C. Nebergall (“Executive”). Both the Employer and Executive are hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” in this Agreement.
